Streets for Life: Safe and healthy journeys for the children of Latin America and the Caribbean focuses on the devastating impact of road traffic across the region. School age children and adolescents are falling victim to unsafe roads and poor air quality, especially those from low income areas. This report calls for region-wide action and global support to implement the solutions that are already proven to save lives, and to end the preventable epidemic destroying children’s futures.
