Gerardo Braggiotti is Chairman of G.B.H. S.p.A, a Country Advisor for Italy for Goldman Sachs, and a Board Member of Fondazione Umberto Veronesi.

He is a member of the FIA Senate. He was previously Chairman of SprintItaly Spa, a Director of FC Internazionale Milano, board member of Marco Tronchetti Prover and RCS Media Group, and Member of The Council for the United States and Italy. In April 2006 he led a group of European investors who bought out Banco Leonardo from the founding shareholders. He served as Chief Executive Officer, and later as Chairman, of Banco Leonardo until April 2018. Mr Braggiotti was previously Chairman of Lazard Europe Ltd, before which he worked for 18 years at Mediobanca, holding the positions of General Secretary and Central Manager.
