Abdulrahman Al-Mannai is the Chief Executive of The Social and Sports Contribution Fund in Qatar. The Social and Sports Contribution Fund is an independent, $3 billion investment fund, government established and chaired by the Chairman of the Central Bank of Qatar, responsible to contribute to the development of sports, culture, and social welfare in Qatar. 

In addition, he is a leading advocate for road safety and motorsport in Qatar and internationally. He serves as President of the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation, President of the Losail Circuit Sport Club, and Chief Executive of the Social and Sports Contribution Fund. He played a key role in launching Qatar’s Road Safety Award, working closely with Qatar’s National Traffic Safety Committee. As a Board Member of the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), he contributes to global strategies promoting safer, fair, and sustainable motorcycle sport, responsible riding, and improved governance.
