The Honorable T. Bella Dinh-Zarr, PhD, MPH, has worked for over 25 years in public health and transportation safety, most recently serving as the Vice Chairman and Acting Chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).  

She has held positions at the FIA Foundation, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, University of Texas Health Science Center, Texas A&M Transportation Institute, AAA, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). She co-founded the 05 Saves Lives Coalition to assist US States in preventing drinking and driving. Dr. Dinh-Zarr currently works as a public health and transportation advisor for various organizations, and is committed to advancing safe, fair, and clean transportation for all.
